Walk 5 steps of your life with me.
Don' Forget- Every money saved is money earned
Step 1:
Mindful spending
From day 1 start practicing mindful spending which you do in your daily life. Mindful spending is not about restricting yourself, but to have a sense of understanding "what are you spending on". Ask question to yourself - Am I spending it right?
Step 2:
Don't forget Mindful spending.
Piggy Bank
No amount of money is small, even coins in the piggy bank can do wonders if this is done as a routine. The most common practice would be to put all your change left in your pocket at end of the day in the piggy bank. You can decide on what is change for you, be it coins be it rupees and any amount.
👉 You can choose other options of investing be it SIP, Mutual Funds, RD, FD, Stocks etc.
Step 3:
Don't forget Mindful spending, Piggy Bank
Spend in Cash
Start spending in cash. we are connected with money psychologically and emotionally, so when we spend the money in cash we will be mindful before we spend. Don't save your card details in any shopping app which makes the payment a click away. It's hard to control the unnecessary spends which you tend to do by navigating the shopping apps and their attractive offers.
Step 4:
Don't forget Mindful spending, Piggy Bank, Spend in Cash
Stop comparing with others
No-one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Everyone is different and have different goals. We all do it, play the comparison game. But it's unhealthy, financially and emotionally.
Step 5:
Don't forget Mindful spending, Piggy Bank, Spend in Cash, Stop comparing with others
Make Budget, Follow 50-30-20 rule
Stick with your budget - Spend 50% of your budget in Needs, 30% of your budget in Wants and 20% of your budget in Savings.
